Warranty & Returns

Best Buys Team stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide reliable after-sales support. This policy explains how our warranty works, the coverage period, and the process for repairs or replacements.


1. Warranty Period

  • The warranty duration for each product is clearly stated on its product page.

  • The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.


2. Warranty Coverage

  • During the warranty period, if a fault occurs due to manufacturing defects or normal usage, we will either:

    • Repair the item in-house, or

    • Facilitate repairs through the supplier’s authorized service center.

  • The method of resolution (repair or replacement) will depend on the nature of the issue and the availability of parts.


3. Special 7-Day Replacement Policy for AAA Grade Items

  • For AAA Grade products, if any fault or defect occurs within the first 7 days of delivery, we will provide a brand-new replacement unit at no extra cost.


4. Replacement Policy for Other Products

  • For products that are not AAA Grade, any issues during the warranty period will be resolved through repair.

  • Replacements for non-AAA Grade items will only be provided if the product is deemed beyond repair by our technicians or the supplier’s service center.


5. Warranty Shipping Responsibility

  • For warranty claims, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to Best Buys for inspection or repair.

  • Best Buys will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.


6. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications

  • Wear and tear from normal use

  • Consumable parts such as batteries, cables, or accessories unless explicitly covered

  • Damage due to accidents, fire, water, or power surges


7. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact our customer support team with:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the fault

  2. Our team will assess the claim and provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Once received, the product will be inspected, and:

    • Repaired, or

    • Replaced (if applicable)

  4. We will ship the repaired or replacement product back to you at no additional cost.
